Joëlle Bilé Schetter is the Chief Executive Officer of Agence F4, a company founded in 2008 and active in communication, training for women and girls, and event management.
A board member of the Federation of Enterprises of Congo, she is also a committed advocate for the rights of women and vulnerable populations.
As President of the platform Congolese Women for Development (CWFD), she brings together several associations dedicated to women’s empowerment and advancement.
In 2023, Joëlle Bilé ran as a candidate in the Presidential elections of the Democratic Republic of Congo, driven by her determination to amplify the voices of women within civil society.
