Ludovina Moreira

Treasurer
My professional career unfolded entirely in public relations and communication within scientific and technical fields.
In parallel, my first significant associative involvement was with the French Association of Women Business Leaders, where I served as treasurer within a regional delegation before spending eight years as National Secretary General, while also taking on responsibilities in various socio-professional organizations.
I later devoted close to ten years to Prader–Willi France, working in the demanding environment of rare diseases.
Alongside this commitment, I joined the CNFF (National Council of French Women), first to develop its website, then as Treasurer. Over time, I also assumed the role of Treasurer for ECICW, the European Centre of the International Council of Women, which I represent within the Conference of INGOs of the Council of Europe.
Since 2022, I have held the position of Treasurer of ICW, and was re-elected in 2025.
I begin this new term with unchanged determination. Beyond financial stewardship, I remain fully invested in advancing the progress we collectively pursue toward equality between women and men—an ambition that feels ever more urgent as global conditions become increasingly unstable.
I am convinced that our effectiveness depends on collaboration: sharing expertise, coordinating efforts, and supporting one another.
Only through collective action can we truly advance the rights and status of women worldwide.
